Are you able to view or download the messages or pictures from other accounts?

Sometimes the messages and pictures depends upon the size and format of that particular website. Follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Change the settings of Automatically download external images option 1. Open Mail App. Method 2: Sync the Account settings Open Mial app. Select the Settings and cleck on the Accounts. Select the respective Account select the option change mail box sync settings. In the sync option select the Email Calendar Contacts.

I've set up an account in Mail windows 10 and I can see all my email but can't see any of the content there is a work click 'download message and pictures' but when I click on it it looks like it is trying to download but never does Can anyone help me work out why.
